Pacific Rim Sweet Riesling is a 100% Riesling wine sourced from Columbia Valley, Washington. This sustainably produced white wine is crafted using all native yeasts with no oak and no malolactic fermentation, resulting in a pure expression of the grape. The grapes are picked early at 20-21 Brix and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, with fermentation stopped at approximately 7% residual sugar to preserve natural sweetness and freshness.

The wine offers a wonderfully aromatic bouquet of honey, pear, and orange blossom, with sweet, bright acidity on the palate featuring notes of pineapple and white peach. Natural carbon dioxide is retained in the wine to create a lively mouthfeel. At 8% ABV with 73.3 g/l residual sugar and 7.2 g/l total acidity, it strikes a balanced profile between sweetness and crisp acidity.

This Riesling is an ideal pairing for fiery cuisine, including Thai, Szechwan, Mexican, Middle Eastern, and Caribbean dishes. It has earned multiple accolades including Wine Spectator Best Value, Wine & Spirits Year's Best, and a Gold Medal at the Pacific Northwest Wine Competition.
