Chehalem INOX is a 100% stainless steel fermented and aged unoaked Chardonnay sourced from Washington's Columbia Valley. The "INOX" name refers to the French term for stainless steel, reflecting the wine's hallmark bright, clean winemaking style that lets the pure fruit character shine without oak influence.

This vibrant and crisp white wine opens with delicate aromatics of white flowers, fresh honeycomb, pink lady apple, Golden Delicious apple, and Bosc pear, with hints of Asian pear, mango, and fresh squeezed lemonade. On the palate, juicy stone fruit and lemon meringue flavors come forward with a subtle richness in texture, finishing with a delicate balance between sweet and tart flavor dimensions and a silky, well-balanced finish.
