Banfi Principessa Gavia Perlante is a light frizzante (lightly sparkling) white wine from the Gavi DOCG appellation in Italy's Piedmont region, made entirely from the Cortese grape. The Principessa Gavia estate was established in 1979 by John and Harry Mariani, owners of Banfi Vintners, and is dedicated exclusively to Cortese cultivation.

This wine pours a very pale, nearly clear straw yellow with fine bubbles. On the nose it offers aromas of peach and honey, while the palate delivers bright citrus, lemon cream, pineapple, and green apple with lively acidity and a clean, dry finish. At 12.5% ABV, it is crisp and refreshing, making it an excellent choice alongside seafood, light pasta, or as an aperitif.
