Longhorn Barbeque Smoked Baby Back Ribs are fully cooked, hardwood smoked premium pork baby back ribs vacuum sealed with Longhorn's signature sweet and tender barbecue sauce. Each 2.25-pound (36 oz) package delivers restaurant-quality BBQ ribs ready to heat and serve at home.

The ribs are slow smoked with real hardwood for authentic barbecue flavor, then coated with brown sugar and spices before being vacuum sealed with the signature sweet BBQ sauce. They are flash frozen immediately after production to preserve peak flavor and moisture.

To serve, preheat oven to 350°F, remove ribs from packaging, and place on an oven-safe pan. Heat for approximately 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Ribs can also be grilled or microwaved to 165°F internal temperature. Refrigerate leftovers immediately. Once thawed, consume within 4 days or freeze for up to 6 months.
