Van Ruiten Old Vines Zinfandel is a rich, full-bodied red wine from the Lodi appellation in California's Central Valley. Crafted from estate-grown old vine Zinfandel grapes — some dating back to the early 1950s when founder John Van Ruiten Sr. first planted vines in the Lodi region — this wine showcases the concentrated, complex flavors that only decades-old vines can produce.

The wine is known for its expressive profile of ripe blackberry and blueberry fruit layered with notes of mocha, baking spice, and black pepper. Lodi's warm days and cool nights allow for full ripening while preserving the natural acidity and structure that give this Zinfandel its balance and depth.

Van Ruiten Family Winery, established just before the 2000 harvest, is a multi-generational family operation farming over 800 acres of wine grapes in the Lodi Appellation. Only their finest fruit is selected to carry the family name. This bottle is sold as part of a 12-bottle case pack (12/750ml).
