Maddalena Cabernet Sauvignon is an Estate Reserve red wine sourced from the Paso Robles AVA of California, produced by the Riboli Family's San Antonio Winery. The blend is composed of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot, and 5% Cabernet Franc, drawing from estate vineyards including Stefano, Maddalena, Creston Highlands, and Riboli Creston.

Each vineyard lot is fermented separately to preserve the individual flavors and terroir of each parcel, then matured for 14 months in a hand-selected combination of 45% French and American oak barrels. Careful blending across lots creates complexity while ensuring consistency of style from vintage to vintage. The wine carries 14.5% alcohol by volume.

The wine shows ripe red fruit aromas and flavors of raspberry, plum, and spicy black cherry, with barrel aging contributing notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak. The palate is full-bodied with beautifully balanced acidity. It pairs well with grilled meats, hearty pasta dishes, and aged cheeses. The vineyards are certified sustainable by the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance (CSWA), with 100% solar-powered production at the Paso Robles winery.
