Vin Perdu is a Bordeaux-inspired red blend from Amuse Bouche, crafted by celebrated Napa Valley winemaker Heidi Barrett in partnership with proprietor John Schwartz. Guided by the philosophy that "no good wine should go undiscovered," this limited-production wine showcases the finest vineyard components Napa Valley has to offer, with fewer than 550 cases produced per vintage.

The blend is composed primarily of Merlot alongside Petit Verdot and Petite Sirah, fermented and finished to 14.5% ABV with a cork closure. On the nose, the wine offers autumnal pie spices, cedar cigar box, brambly red and black berries, spearmint, and dried lavender. The palate is rich and vibrant, delivering succulent Bing cherries and wild mixed berries with satiny tannins and a seamlessly integrated, long finish. The 2021 vintage is full-bodied with flavors of black cherry, licorice, and violet, layered with velvety texture. The wine is bottled in Napa Valley, California and features the brand's distinctive lenticular label design.
