Jean-Luc Colombo Cape Bleue Rosé is a French rosé wine from the Méditerranée Indication Géographique Protégée (IGP), crafted by one of the Rhône Valley's most celebrated winemakers. This elegant rosé is a blend of 67% Syrah and 33% Mourvèdre, grown on calcareous rocky soils near Marseille overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, giving the wine its characteristic mineral freshness and structure.

The wine presents a beautiful soft pink color with aromas of fresh red berries including strawberry and raspberry, complemented by floral notes, a hint of Mediterranean herbs, and soft pepper. On the palate it is crisp and round with hints of peach, passion fruit, and a clean, refreshing finish. It pairs beautifully with grilled sardines, seafood, spiced dishes, and makes an excellent apéritif enjoyed on a café terrace by the water's edge.
