This over-the-counter medication contains buffered aspirin (NSAID) as an active ingredient and temporarily relieves minor aches and pains due to headache, muscle pain, backache, toothache, menstrual pain, colds, and minor pain of arthritis while also temporarily reducing fever. Each package contains 58 individually wrapped pouches with 2 effervescent tablets per pouch for a total of 116 tablets.

Active ingredients per 2 effervescent tablets: Buffered aspirin (NSAID) 325 mg, anhydrous citric acid, and sodium bicarbonate. Each tablet contains 568 mg of sodium. Children and teenagers recovering from chicken pox or flu-like symptoms should not use this product due to the risk of Reye's syndrome. Adults and children 12 years or over should fully dissolve 2 tablets in 4 ounces of water before taking, and may take 2 tablets every 4 hours not to exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours. Adults 60 years and over should not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours.
