This unique blend showcases the craftsmanship of Gekkeikan's brewmaster, creating a well-balanced premium sake with an unmistakable flavor profile. The sake presents a complex arrangement of bold banana, overripe nectarine, tropical pineapple and mango, with subtle cherry and almond milk aromas. The palate begins with sweet banana and tropical sweetness with a thick, smooth mouthfeel, before evolving into an umami-driven, refreshing taste. The finish features subtle pineapple and fruit notes that linger with acid and umami, creating a long, refreshing aftertaste. This versatile sake was awarded Grand Gold at the 2024 National Warm Sake Contest in Japan, where it was the only entry from outside Japan to receive this honor.
