Insoglio del Cinghiale is a Toscana IGT red blend crafted by Tenuta di Biserno's Campo di Sasso estate, located in the Maremma coastal region of Tuscany near Bibbona. The wine is a blend of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot, with Syrah typically comprising the largest share of the blend.

The wine displays a deep ruby red color with purple hues. The nose reveals complex aromas of blackberries and raspberries alongside hints of Mediterranean herbs, white chocolate, warm spices, and tobacco. On the palate it is structured and approachable, with a finish that reflects the sun-drenched character of the Maremma terroir.

Pairs well with wood-fired pizza, roasted and grilled meats, wild boar ragu, aged cheeses, and other hearty Italian dishes. Sold in a 750ML bottle.
