Capay Valley Vineyards Sparkling Viognier is a non-vintage California sparkling white wine crafted entirely from Viognier grapes grown in the Capay Valley appellation of Yolo County. The winery, known informally as "The Sparkling House of Yolo County," produces this wine using the French Charmat method, which preserves the grape's vibrant aromatics while delivering lively, persistent bubbles.

The wine opens with aromas of melon, gravel, and a touch of salinity. On the palate it delivers the full aromatic spectrum characteristic of Capay Valley Viognier with light, smooth bubbles that complement rather than compete with the wine's fruit character. It finishes dry to off-dry with mild astringency and refreshing acidity.
