Sokol Blosser Evolution White Blend is a signature multi-varietal white wine from Oregon's celebrated Sokol Blosser Winery. Created in 1998 by Susan Sokol Blosser, Evolution is a proprietary blend of nine white grape varieties, each pressed separately and blended to create a wine that is layered, aromatic, and remarkably food-friendly.

The wine draws its fruit from 88% Columbia Valley, WA and 12% Willamette Valley, OR, combining the best of the Pacific Northwest's premier growing regions. Tasting notes highlight a vibrant cornucopia of guava, tangerine, lemon sorbet, and spicy ginger. A touch of residual sugar brings the wine to the edge of off-dry, while zippy acidity maintains a lively sense of balance. The wine is medium-bodied with apple and pear character and an elegant, smooth finish.
