High West Rendezvous Rye Whiskey celebrates the historic first gathering of American frontiersmen in Utah's Cache Valley, where pioneers traded pelts, weapons, supplies, and homemade spirits. Crafted at High West Distillery & Saloon in Park City, Utah—the first legal distillery in Utah since Prohibition and the world's only ski-in gastro-distillery—this exceptional rye is a marriage of two straight rye whiskeys, one old and one new.

The blend combines a 16-year-old straight rye whiskey (made from a mash of 80% rye, 10% corn, and 10% malted barley) with a 6-year-old straight rye whiskey (made from a mash of 95% rye and 5% malted barley). Bottled at 92 proof (46% ABV) in a 750ml bottle, it delivers a bold aroma of cinnamon, crisp mint, and fennel complemented by soft, rounded notes of rye toast. On the palate, sweet notes of caramel, vanilla, and macaroons complement woody spices, leading to a long, warming finish.

Rendezvous Rye has earned outstanding recognition from the spirits world: a score of 95 points from Whisky Advocate (named one of the Top 10 New Whiskeys of the Year), 94 points from Robert Parker's Wine Advocate, a Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and the title of Best Rye Whiskey at the American Distilling Institute Craft Whiskey Competition in 2010.
