PURELL Advanced TFX Hand Sanitizer Gel is a 1200 mL refill cartridge designed for use with PURELL TFX Touch-Free Dispensers (models 2720-12 and 2780-12). The dispenser is sold separately. Each refill provides up to 1,000 individual uses, making it ideal for high-traffic environments such as offices, restrooms, kitchens, and healthcare facilities.

The advanced gel formula contains 70% ethyl alcohol and kills more than 99.99% of most common germs. It works in as little as 15 seconds with no water or towels required. The formula is free of fluorinated chemicals and is milder on skin than hand washing, drying quickly with no sticky residue.

Each refill contains four skin conditioning agents that help maintain skin health, preserve moisture, and leave hands feeling soft and smooth. The sanitary-sealed design includes a fresh dispensing valve that helps lock out germs and prevent cross-contamination between refills.
