Bodegas La Caña Albariño is a crisp, elegant white wine from the Rías Baixas appellation in Galicia, Spain, crafted entirely from the Albariño grape variety. Bodegas La Caña was founded in 2008 by pioneering Spanish wine importer Jorge Ordóñez, who was among the first to introduce Rías Baixas Albariño to the US market.

This bone-dry white wine opens with aromas of crushed seashells, chalk, salted lemons, and sliced apples. On the palate it delivers briny austerity with a textured, medium-bodied profile, bright juicy acidity, and a long, pithy finish. It has earned scores of 92 points from James Suckling and 91 points from Jeb Dunnuck. The wine is an excellent companion at the table, particularly with oysters, clams, grilled seafood, and light shellfish dishes.
