Airfield Estates Merlot is a medium to full-bodied red wine crafted from 100% estate-grown Merlot grapes in Washington's renowned Yakima Valley. The winery, a fourth-generation family-owned farm and vineyard, brings a deeply rooted agricultural legacy to every bottle.

This Merlot opens with aromas of dark cherry, black cassis, blackberry, and roasted dates alongside notes of espresso and caramel. On the palate, expect rich plum jam, vanilla bean, baker's chocolate, and toasted oak, all supported by smooth, supple tannins. Grapes undergo a 48-hour cold soak before fermentation with multiple yeast strains, and the wine is aged 19 months in French oak. It is produced vegan-style with no animal byproducts used in the winemaking process.
