Domaine de la Solitude is a historic estate in the Southern Rhône Valley of France, producing this Côtes du Rhône red blend from stony limestone and clay terroirs typical of the appellation. The wine is a blend of three emblematic southern Rhône varietals: Grenache noir, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. The destemmed grapes are vinified in concrete vats and then aged in concrete and stainless-steel vats for approximately one year to preserve aromatic purity without oak influence.

The wine presents a beautiful ruby-red color with an intense nose of red berries and spices. On the palate it is supple and generous, with notes of strawberries, candied cherries, and baking spices, supported by a very fine and elegant tannic structure. It is a versatile, fruit-forward red that pairs well with grilled red meats, cold cuts, Italian cuisine, and various cheeses. Sold in a 12-bottle case of 750ml bottles.
