Canopy management and crop thinning are used in the vineyard to achieve perfect fruit-to-acid balance. The wine is aged in 100% stainless steel drums and left on its lees to develop more complexity and mouthfeel, resulting in a textured mid-palate with elegant softness. At 13.5% ABV, this light to medium-bodied Sauvignon Blanc features balanced and integrated acidity.
