Evodia Garnacha is a vibrant red wine produced by Altovinum, sourced from old-vine Garnacha (Grenache) grapes grown in the Campo de Borja and Calatayud appellations of Aragon, Spain. The vines, many over 30 years old, are planted at high altitudes in the foothills of the Moncayo mountain range, yielding grapes of exceptional concentration and character.

The wine is crafted to showcase the pure, expressive fruit of the Garnacha grape, presenting deep ruby color with aromas of ripe red cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry, accented by floral violet notes and a hint of spice. On the palate it is medium-to-full bodied with soft tannins, bright acidity, and a long, fruit-forward finish. Minimal oak influence is used to preserve the freshness and terroir character of the fruit.

Evodia is versatile at the table, pairing well with grilled lamb, roasted pork, charcuterie, aged cheeses, and Mediterranean cuisine. It is also enjoyable on its own as an everyday sipper. Serve slightly below room temperature at around 60–65°F for best expression. Each case contains 12 bottles of 750ml.
