Kōloa Kauaʻi Gold Rum is a premium small-batch Hawaiian rum crafted by Koloa Rum Company at their distillery in Kalaheo, on the island of Kauaʻi, Hawaii. It is made from pure Hawaiian sugarcane and pristine rainwater sourced from ancient Mount Waiʻaleʻale, filtered through volcanic strata into vast underground aquifers. The rum is distilled in a vintage steam-powered copper pot still and blended entirely on-site.

The rum presents a vivid golden-oak color with hints of molasses, candied apple, and vanilla on the nose. On the palate, it is viscous and slightly sweet, delivering an upfront caramel blast that finishes with vanilla, light macadamia nut brittle, and toasted almond, with a hint of burnt sugar and candied lemon.

Kōloa Kauaʻi Gold Rum is an award-winning expression, earning a Gold Medal at the 2014 Miami Rum Renaissance Festival and Silver Medals at both the 2012 San Francisco World Spirits Competition and the 2010 Polished Palate International Rum Competition.
