Bellussi Brut Prosecco DOC is a refined and versatile Italian sparkling wine crafted from 100% Glera grapes grown in the province of Treviso in the Veneto region. Produced using the traditional Charmat method through soft pressing at a maximum yield of 70%, this Prosecco features a brilliant straw yellow color with golden reflections and fine, persistent bubbles.

The wine offers fresh and delicate aromas with hints of green apple, citrus fruits, and white flowers. On the palate, it delivers a dry and well-balanced taste with pleasant acidity and refreshing fruit notes. The long fermentation process preserves the natural freshness and fragrance characteristic of premium Glera grapes. Technical specifications include 11-11.5% alcohol by volume with 9-10 g/L residual sugar, best served chilled at 6-8°C.
