Organic Graffiti Eggplant is a striking specialty variety known for its vibrant purple-and-white striped skin, also called Sicilian, Zebra, or Striped eggplant. Botanically classified as Solanum melongena, these small to medium eggplants have a smooth, glossy, taut skin with bold variegated markings that make them a standout in any kitchen. Each eggplant averages 7 to 15 centimeters in length with an oblong, slightly squat shape and dense, white flesh inside.

Unlike conventional eggplant, Graffiti eggplant has a naturally sweet and mildly fruity flavor with little to no bitterness, thanks to its smaller seeds and thinner skin. No salting or peeling is required before cooking. The flesh absorbs less oil than other varieties, making it well suited for a wide range of preparations including grilling, roasting, sautéing, braising, pan-frying, and baking.
