Crafted primarily from Sangiovese (96%) with a small addition of Canaiolo (5%), this wine represents the pinnacle of the estate's production from their finest vineyard parcel.

The wine delivers wonderful aromas of blueberries and minerals, leading to a full-bodied palate with polished tannins, dark fruit flavors of black cherry and plum, along with notes of spice, leather, earth, and light vanilla undertones. The finish is long and balanced, exhibiting fine harmony and expression. It has earned 95 points from James Suckling and 93 points from Wine Spectator. Serve at 60–65°F, ideally after 30 minutes of decanting.
