McCain Extra Long French Fries are classic 3/8 inch straight cut frozen potatoes designed for foodservice use. Each case contains 6 bags of 5 pounds each (30 pounds total). These uncoated fries deliver natural potato flavor and a golden crispy texture when cooked. The extra long cut provides more yield and better portion control per case.

The fries are made from potatoes and vegetable oil (canola, soybean, cottonseed, sunflower, or corn) with less than 2% dextrose and sodium acid pyrophosphate added to maintain color. For best results, deep fry at 350°F for 3 to 3.5 minutes, or bake in a preheated 425°F oven for 9 to 13 minutes, turning once. Product must be fully cooked from frozen state to light golden color for food safety and quality.
