The SiliClone S-50 is a light-bodied silicone with low viscosity, engineered for easy injection into the ear canal. With a Shore A hardness value of 25, it delivers a soft, flexible impression that accurately captures the unique contours of the ear canal and outer ear. Each cartridge yields approximately 4 to 6 impressions, and the material fully sets in four to seven minutes, supporting efficient clinical workflow.

The pre-measured dual-component cartridge format ensures consistent mixing ratios and minimal waste, eliminating the manual preparation required with traditional bulk impression materials.
