These Kansas City-Style Beef Burnt Ends are crafted from select cuts of well-marbled Midwestern beef brisket, double-smoked over Ozark hickory wood to seal in the natural juices. Each lightly-sauced morsel delivers an authentic taste of Kansas City barbecue with a perfect balance of smoky, savory flavor and fork-tender texture.
This Costco pack includes two 16 oz packages (2 lbs total) of fully cooked beef burnt ends served with BBQ sauce. Each package serves approximately 6 people. To heat, place in a 350°F oven for 8–10 minutes, cook on high in a slow cooker for 20–25 minutes, or microwave at 100% power for 2–3 minutes. Keep refrigerated; after opening, use within 3 days or freeze for up to 6 months.
