BD Ultra-Fine Nano Pen Needles are BD's smallest and thinnest insulin pen needles, designed for maximum comfort during insulin injections. These sterile, single-use needles measure 4mm in length with a 32-gauge thickness, making them among the finest needles available for diabetes management.

The needles feature patented PentaPoint Comfort technology with a five-bevel needle tip that penetrates the skin more easily than traditional three-bevel designs, enabling smoother and gentler injections. EasyFlow technology improves insulin flow through the needle with a larger inner diameter, providing 149% higher flow rate compared to other leading pen needles while requiring 62% lower thumb force to press the injection button.
