Bruichladdich The Classic Laddie is the flagship unpeated single malt Scotch whisky from the Bruichladdich Distillery on the Isle of Islay, Scotland. Crafted entirely from 100% Scottish barley, this expression embodies the classic, floral, and elegant Bruichladdich house style, curated batch by batch by Head Distiller Adam Hannett.

Bottled at 50% ABV — notably higher than most comparable expressions — this strength is said to bring the barley character to the fore. The whisky is non-chill filtered and free from artificial coloring, preserving its natural complexity. Each batch is assembled from an ever-expanding range of casks aged alongside Lochindaal, using carefully sourced and traced varieties of Scottish barley.

On the nose, the whisky delivers elegant sweetness with honeyed barley, boiled sweets, and orange petals, with gentle wafts of sea air. The palate offers red apples and white grapes with touches of sweet cinnamon and brown sugar, remaining softly coastal throughout. The finish is mineral-rich with malt, toffee, and lingering honey.
