Orin Swift Palermo Cabernet Sauvignon is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from select vineyards across Napa Valley, California, crafted by Orin Swift Cellars. Founded in 1998 by Dave Phinney — whose parents' middle names, Orin and Swift, inspired the label — the winery is known for bold, expressive wines that capture the character of their origins.

Palermo represents the broad spectrum of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, with fruit sourced from valley floor to mountain-top vineyards. Each lot is treated with the same meticulous care as the winery's flagship Mercury Head bottling. The wine is aged for eight months in 38% new French oak prior to bottling.

On the nose, mocha, tar, and anise tones are woven together with shades of allspice and red bell pepper. The palate is plush and generous, offering dense blackberry compote, boysenberry, and crème de cassis flavors underscored by roasted vanilla and a finish of melted licorice, all supported by a firm tannic backbone.
