Signorello Estate Padrone is the winery's flagship Cabernet Sauvignon, crafted as a tribute to founder Ray Signorello Sr. and sourced entirely from 42 planted acres of hillside estate vineyards situated along the Silverado Trail in the southeastern corner of Napa Valley. The wine is 100% estate-grown and typically blends Cabernet Sauvignon with small amounts of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Malbec.

Grapes are hand-destemmed and sorted before undergoing native yeast fermentation. The wine is aged approximately 18 months in 55–60% new French oak barrels, then bottled unfiltered and unfined to preserve maximum complexity. Volcanic hillside soils and well-drained terrain contribute to the wine's concentration and structure.

Tasting notes feature dark cherry, plum, crushed potpourri, dried herbs, cedar, and earthy nuances. The palate is texturally rich, persistent, and layered with exceptional finesse. The wine is built for long-term cellaring and is best enjoyed from several years after release through the following decade.
