Named after the cross barn on Paul Hobbs' family fruit farm in upstate New York, the CrossBarn label represents a bright, fresh, and youthful expression of his acclaimed winemaking.

This Chardonnay opens with aromas of freshly picked green apple, Meyer lemon zest, and honeysuckle. On the palate, bright stone fruit leads into silky layers of apple, pear, and citrus, complemented by yeasty overtones and mineral notes that add elegance through a long, clean finish. The wine features vibrant acidity with a mineral-driven character. It pairs well with grilled fish, chicken, and shellfish.

The wine has received strong critical acclaim, earning 93 points from James Suckling and 92 points from Wine Spectator for its lifted freshness and ripe acidity.
