Premium bone-in pork shoulder blade steak from the shoulder area of the pig, also known as Boston butt. This well-marbled cut features rich flavor and tenderness, making it ideal for versatile cooking methods including grilling, pan-frying, braising, or slow cooking. The bone adds extra flavor during cooking.
This fatty and tender cut comes from the thick shoulder region of the pig, encompassing the neck, shoulder blade, and top of the leg. Best when cooked low and slow to render the fat and bring out the pronounced pork flavor. Can be braised, grilled quickly for thin steaks, pan-fried, or slow-cooked for pulled pork preparations. Excellent for carnitas, Mexican-style dishes, Cuban sandwiches, or simply seasoned and grilled.
