Belle Glos Oeil de Perdrix is a bespoke Pinot Noir rosé from the Wagner Family, crafted from grapes grown specifically for rosé production in Sonoma County vineyards. The name "Oeil de Perdrix" means "eye of the partridge" in French, referring to the wine's distinctive pale copper color. The winemaking process requires careful timing to press the juice quickly once it reaches the desired color level.

The wine is partially fermented in French oak barrels, adding rich texture and light spice notes that complement the generous fruit-filled flavors. On the nose, it offers a complex bouquet of ripe strawberries, raspberries, and watermelon, along with floral notes of rose petals and orange blossom, complemented by subtle hints of spice. On the palate, the wine is crisp and refreshing with bright acidity, citrus and strawberry flavors, pink grapefruit, and lemon zest. Mineral nuances and balanced richness fill the mid-palate, leading to a long-lasting finish.
