Pseudoephedrine HCL 120mg Extended-Release Caplets provide 12 hours of powerful, non-drowsy nasal decongestion relief. Each caplet contains 120mg of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, a nasal decongestant that temporarily relieves nasal congestion due to the common cold, hay fever, or other upper respiratory allergies, and temporarily relieves sinus congestion and pressure.

Adults and children 12 years and older take 1 caplet every 12 hours, with a maximum of 2 caplets in 24 hours. Do not give to children under 12 years of age. Swallow tablets whole; do not crush or chew extended-release formulations.

Do not use if you are taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) or within 2 weeks after stopping an MAOI drug. Ask a doctor before use if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes, or difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland. Stop use and ask a doctor if nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplessness occur, or if symptoms do not improve within 7 days or are accompanied by fever.
