Big Island Bees Organic Wilelaiki Honey is a premium single-floral varietal honey harvested from the blossoms of the Wilelaiki tree (also known as Hawaiian Christmas Berry), which grows abundantly on the leeward side of Hawaii's Big Island. This raw Hawaiian honey features a beautiful light amber color with a distinctively sweet and slightly spicy flavor profile.

The honey is raw, pure, unfiltered, and unheated, preserving its natural enzymes and flavor. It is certified organic by the Hawaii Organic Farmer's Association, meaning no pesticides or insecticides are used within at least two miles of the floral source, the bees are not medicated to prevent disease, and all packing follows organic practices. The 47 oz jar is made of glass, making it inherently BPA-free and phthalate-free.

Big Island Bees is a family-run operation led by fourth-generation beekeeper Garnett Puett, managing approximately 3,800 hives across the Big Island of Hawaii. The hives are moved three times a year to follow the blossoming of different flowers across the island's diverse micro-climates. Wilelaiki honey pairs well with cheese, winter vegetables, and salad dressings.
