Produced by The Big Island Bee Company, LLC in Kealakekua, Hawaii, this honey is made without chemicals, artificial feeds, miticides, heat treatment, or filtration. The result is a rich, velvety honey that retains all the natural enzymes and characteristics of raw, unprocessed honey. Each 47 oz jar is packaged in glass. It makes an excellent drizzle over ice cream, pancakes, and waffles, and can also substitute for refined sugar in baked goods to add depth and complexity of flavor.
