The wine is hand harvested in the cool morning hours, hand sorted at the winery, whole cluster pressed, and barrel fermented in American oak barrels (30% new). Each lot undergoes 100% malolactic fermentation before the best-expressing lots are selected for the final blend, contributing to the wine's signature creamy texture and complex layered flavors.
