Daily's 3/8" Fully-Cooked Diced Bacon Bits are made from pork bellies cured with an old-fashioned sugar cure for a mildly sweet flavor, then slow smoked with natural hardwood. The bacon is fully cooked and diced into convenient 3/8 inch pieces, ready to use without additional cooking.

This 10 lb box contains two 5 lb bags of precooked bacon bits, perfect for foodservice and commercial applications. The product has a 270-day refrigerated shelf life and is produced in the United States. Each piece is uniformly diced for consistent portion control and easy incorporation into recipes.

Ingredients include pork cured with water, salt, sugar, smoke flavoring, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, flavoring, and sodium nitrite. Bacon smoke flavoring is added during processing. The product must be kept refrigerated at all times.
