Elijah Craig Small Batch is an award-winning Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey produced in Bardstown, Kentucky. This 94 proof bourbon is bottled exclusively from small batches of 70 barrels or less, all drawn from the middle to upper floors of traditional metal clad rickhouses. It is the original Small Batch Bourbon, having been made available even before the term was invented.

Distilled from a traditional bourbon mashbill of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley, this bourbon is aged for 8 to 12 years in Level 3 charred new oak barrels. This level of char releases flavor compounds and aromas such as caramelized sugars, vanillin, wood smoke, and spice. The Master Distillers hand-select each barrel to create this signature, award-winning bourbon.

The bourbon presents a burnished copper color with a delightfully complex aroma of vanilla bean, sweet fruit, and fresh mint.
