TY KU Junmai Silver is a premium sake brewed at Umenoyado Brewery in Nara, Japan — the birthplace of sake. It is classified as Junmai, meaning it is brewed using only rice, water, yeast, and koji, with no added alcohol or sugars. Junmai classification represents the top 15% of all sake produced worldwide, with 70% of the rice grain remaining after polishing.

This sake pours nearly clear with a barely perceptible golden tint. The nose offers light nutty aromas with hints of cream, melon, and hazelnut. On the palate, it delivers flavors of light peach and orange with a touch of sweetness, subtle herbal notes, and a creamy, smooth mouthfeel with a dry vanilla finish. It is best enjoyed chilled at 15% ABV in a 720ML bottle.
