Bodegas Borsao Tres Picos is the flagship wine from Bodegas Borsao, a 100% Garnacha (Grenache) from the DO Campo de Borja region of Aragon, Spain. The grapes are sourced from mountain vineyards ranging from 35 to 60 years old, situated at 600 to 700 meters altitude on clay-limestone, stony, and silty soils near the extinct Moncayo volcano.

The wine undergoes maceration for 20 to 25 days with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25 to 30 degrees Celsius, followed by aging for 5 months in new French oak Bordeaux barrels. It has an alcohol content of 15% and is best served at 17°C.

Tres Picos presents a very intense cherry red color with purple tones. The nose offers a great concentration of aromas of ripe red fruits with floral nuances. On the palate it is rich and well-structured, evoking flavors of blackberry, plum, leather, and vanilla with sweet, silky tannins. It pairs exceptionally well with rice dishes, pasta, and barbecue meats. The wine has earned consistent critical acclaim, typically scoring in the 90 to 92 point range from reviewers such as James Suckling and Wine Spectator.
