Bertani Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is a prestigious Italian red wine from the Veneto region, crafted by one of Verona's most storied wineries with over 150 years of winemaking tradition. This wine is produced using the traditional "appassimento" method, in which Corvina and Rondinella grapes are air-dried after harvest to concentrate sugars and flavors, resulting in a characteristically rich, full-bodied dry wine under the DOCG appellation.

The wine displays a deep garnet red color with a complex aromatic profile featuring dried fruits, liquorice, and warm spice. On the palate, it opens with ripe red-berry fruits, macerated plums, and hints of vanilla, finishing with notes of walnuts and hazelnuts. With an alcohol content of 15.5%, it is structured and amply built for long aging. Pairs beautifully with beef, lamb, game meats, and aged cheeses.
