The Gourmia French Door Countertop Oven is a large-capacity multi-function kitchen appliance with a distinctive dual-panel French door design and full glass windows for easy monitoring. The stainless steel exterior is built to countertop dimensions while providing oven-level capacity suitable for whole roasts, large casseroles, and family-sized meals.

The oven features 16 one-touch cooking functions: Air Fry, Toast, Bagel, Broil, Slow Cook, Bake, Pizza, Proof, Reheat, Keep Warm, Dehydrate, Popcorn, and a Dual Cook mode that enables two different cooking programs in sequence. A built-in wired temperature probe allows precision internal-temperature cooking with live and target readouts on the digital display. Convection airflow circulates heat evenly for faster, more consistent results across all racks.
