Produced by the Fantinel winery — founded in 1969 by Mario Fantinel — this wine is crafted from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes carefully hand-harvested from the Tenuta Sant'Helena estate in the heart of the Collio hills. Now run by the third generation of the Fantinel family, the winery has grown from a small agricultural company into an internationally recognized producer.

The wine displays a pale straw color with subtle green highlights and delicate coppery reflections. Its fragrant bouquet opens with fresh aromas of ripe pear, green apple, and citrus, complemented by floral notes and hints of almonds and walnuts. On the palate, it is structured and dry with a crisp mineral acidity and a smooth, lingering finish.
