Hedges Family Estate Red Mountain is a Washington State red blend crafted from estate-grown grapes on Red Mountain, one of Washington's most prestigious American Viticultural Areas (AVAs). The winery, located in Benton City, WA, is known for its biodynamic and sustainable farming practices on the Red Mountain AVA, where the intense sunlight and cool nights produce deeply concentrated, age-worthy fruit.

The Red Mountain blend is typically composed of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. Tasting notes feature ripe blackberry, black cherry, and raspberry on the nose, layered with dried sage, clove, anise, and black pepper. The texture is silky, full, and lush with a long, spicy finish. This wine is structured to cellar well and can develop beautifully over 10 to 15 years, though it is approachable upon release.
