Delamotte Brut Champagne is a prestigious non-vintage sparkling wine from one of the five oldest Champagne houses, founded in 1760 in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger in the heart of the legendary Côte des Blancs terroir. This elegantly balanced champagne is a blend of 60% Chardonnay which forms the backbone of its structure, 35% Pinot Noir from Tours-sur-Marne, Bouzy and Ambonnay that provide depth and fruit, and 5% Pinot Meunier that perfects these harmonies with aromatic density.

The wine undergoes thirty-six months of maturation on the lees before a light dosage is added. It displays an extremely pure nose with notes of citrus, white flowers, lemon rind and moss, while the palate delivers generous and clean flavors with delicate effervescence and creamy freshness. The chalky soil and sloping vineyards of the Côte des Blancs give the grapes their exceptional character, producing a delicate and consistent champagne.
