Andrew Murray Vineyards "Tous Les Jours" Syrah is a 100% Syrah from the Santa Ynez Valley in California's Central Coast. The name "Tous les Jours" is French for "every day," reflecting the winery's intention to craft a wine approachable and enjoyable on any occasion without sacrificing quality.

The wine is sourced from multiple estate and partner vineyards, including the Curtis Vineyard, Oak Savanna Vineyard, Great Oaks Vineyard, Alisos Vineyard, and Kingsley Vineyard. It is aged for 9 months in 100% French oak barrels. With 14.5% alcohol by volume, the wine is heavily inspired by Northern Rhone Syrah (Hermitage) and Australian Shiraz (Barossa Valley).

Aromas and flavors are dominated by black cherry, raspberry, blackberry, plum, white pepper, violets, forest floor, rosemary, and toasty oak. The palate is full-bodied and velvety smooth, with earthy notes, licorice, and a long-lasting fruit and pepper finish. This wine pairs well with grilled meats, lamb, hearty pasta dishes, and aged cheeses.
