For best results, keep frozen until ready to use and never refreeze after thawing. To thaw, pour desired amount into a bowl and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours, or microwave on medium for 1 to 2 minutes per pound. Serve berries while still slightly frozen for best flavor and texture.
