This pack contains 380 pieces total (2 packs of 190 pieces each) of 2mg nicotine polacrilex gum in original flavor. The 2mg strength is recommended for people who smoke their first cigarette more than 30 minutes after waking up.

The gum works by delivering controlled amounts of nicotine to help regulate cravings and gradually wean your body off cigarettes over a 12-week period. Weeks 1-6 use one piece every 1-2 hours, weeks 7-9 use one piece every 2-4 hours, and weeks 10-12 use one piece every 4-8 hours. Proper use involves chewing slowly until a peppery taste appears, then parking the gum between cheek and gum for about one minute before resuming.

Inactive ingredients include acesulfame potassium, calcium carbonate, carnauba wax, gelatin, gum base, mannitol, menthol, natural and artificial mint and peppermint flavors, sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate anhydrous, sorbitol, sucralose, talc, titanium dioxide, and xylitol. The gum is sugar-free and gluten-free.
